Facial Detection Has Big Issues - Delete and Restart?

I have over 100,000 photos in LightroomCC. Face Detection was on and I painstakingly identified all the people. At some point, I believe I mistakenly replied to one of the 'Is this the same person?' questions. And next thing I knew, the face detection was detecting my husband and I as the same person. Now, when both of us are in a photo, only one of us gets recognized and there is no way to tag the other person. At this point, there seems to be no manual way to correct this, so I think the best way would be to delete all of the face detection data and get it to re-scan the photos, but I don't see any way to do this. Does anyone have any ideas about how I can fix this issue?
