Exposure differences LR vs Bridge and Breezebrowser

Hi,
I've been noticing that images I have that look perfectly exposed in Breesebrowser or Bridge are showing as overexposed in LR (getting lots of blinking highlights). Is this due to LR default settings? How can I get things closer to how they look in my other programmes?

Any suggestions would be appreciated,

FYI, I'm mainly noticing this with images taken with the D3'', and using any of the existing camera profiles under calibration doesn't make any difference. My images look so great in Breezebrowser but it is taking a lot of time to correct in LR. I know Breezebrower uses it's own sharpening technique as well--any ideas how I can duplicate that in LR?
