Exporting photos problems

Hi I am new here. I have been using LR with no problems till this morning when I export my images after editing. I can see the edited image on LR screen but I see the original image after I exported it. I tried editing and exporting different images, it's happening the same thing! I don't understand why this is happening?

Did you export as original? THat is what would happen. If you export as a Jpeg or Tiff you should see the edited version.

Please explain exactly what settings you used to export, and maybe we can help.

Don, thank you! You solved my problem. I was able to see my edited version.

See my reply above. I was using original file when I exported before. I changed it to jpeg file and was able to see the edited version. Thank you for the welcome! I have LR 1.1 and use Mac

Hi Stacey, welcome to the forum!

Glad to hear you've got that sorted. You might wish to upgrade to 1.4.1 if you're not upgrading to 2.' at the moment, as there were a lot of bug fixes along the way.
