Exporting photos from Catalog

Jim, help me out here. What are you guys talking about? He's not talking about exporting from the raw files as jpeg because that has no impact on anything because nothing moves. What is he talking about? I'm curious because I might learn something.
I want to export my whole catalog as jpegs while retaining the folder structure. For example, I might want to give all my processed photos to family members without needing to encumber them with LR.

My photos are structured by year with folders for holidays, activities etc. LR would allow me to export all 15000 photos, but only into a single folder. The plugin that Jim linked solves the problem.
