Exporting ONE image ONLY after a Batch Converting is proving difficult

Hello I wonder if anyone can help me here?

Recently I successfully managed to batch convert (export) 2'' RAW images 2 JPEG to a folder on my pc. All good there so far.

However, when I now go back into lightroom and edit/export an image it wants to export all of the images as opposed to just the one I was working on. Help

No idea what I have done here but I guess I need to untick something or ..... ?

Sounds to me that you have multiple photos selected in the grid or filmstrip when you do the export. Make sure only one photo is selected — in the grid, click on the gray area surrounding the photo (not on the photo thumbnail itself). Then try the export.

Paige is right. Export only works with selected images. No selections, no export. 3 selected? 3 exported and so on... also, selecting the thumbnail or the frame is two different kinds of selection.
