Hi all... I did have a brief look in the archives for this and was surprised to not find anything, but I may have missed it, so apologies in advance if I did.... I am uploading to Alamy, and like to normally upload the keywords seperately as an excel file... in the past I have done this with Expressions (Iview), but would like to find a way with LR2... anyone got any ideas? many thanks, Mark

Did you know there's an Export Keywords command?

You're probably right. He can always take the images into iView/EM and copy toi Excel from there.

I use Tim Armes' LR/Transporter for exactly this - extracting keywords for Alamy.

It's a shame that Lightroom doesn't have an option to add custom metadata fields so that we can prepare Alamy's three-level keywords in Lightroom.

It would also be good to have an Alamy uploader plugin.

I've also lodged a feature request to enable selecting and copying keywords in the Library module with 'will export' selected, so that I can update keywords on Alamy interactively.

LR/Transporter does the job though - try it.
