exporting file

Hi
This will seem a "dumb question" :-[ I shoot in raw, when I export from LR, in jpg, my file size appears small, then when I put through PS2 it appears larger. How do I, once finished In Lr export the largest file possible, to a destination folder, ie "my pictures" as at the moment my largest file on export appears to be 4mb... ???

Three issues:
1) pixel size of export, which can be up- or down-sampled at export time in the Image Sizing panel in Export Dialog
2) Quality of JPG, set in File Settings panel in Export Dialog. Here, the Quality is very roughly equivalent to the PS quality mutliplied by 8.5. So that Lr 1'' = PS 12. (Gross approximation)
3) The cropping of the image in Lr. This literally throws away pixels, and hence filesize.

All of these will interact to affect exported JPG file size.
