Exporting Copyright

I am having troubling exporting copyright information. I can export the captions and the copyright with my name but when I open the image in Photoshop and look at the file info, it says copyright status unknown even though in Lightroom I have
selected: Copyrighted.

In Photoshop, the captions and myself as the creator are visible but for the copyright status it says unknown.

Help!

Welcome to Lightroom Forums. You have to set 'Copyright Status' just under the Copyright Metadata field in All or Default Metadata, as well. Set to 'Copyrighted'. TYou can make this part of your Metadata Preset.
