I use Export to Flickr plugin. I there similar add on for exporting files and then unloading them through FTP.
Of course it is possible in web module, but I mean exporting from Library jpeg or tiff files.

Any suggestions?

See the Plugin Subforum. There is an FTP Export Plugin as part of the LR SDK download. You have to upgrade to 1.3 or 1.3.1, though. Your Sig says your still using 1.2.
