There seems no logic in my results when exporting my pics out of Lightroom. Some time it works and mostly it does'nt. There seems no logical answer. Is it just me or is there a secret? Turnley

29 September 2026 It's Lightroom update time again. There are some minor features, as well as bug fixes, new cameras and lenses.

Hi Turnley, welcome to the forum.
Most often the files are offline - they've been renamed or moved without Lightroom's knowledge. You can tell these files, as a question mark icon appears in the corner and they won't open in Develop.
Can you keep an eye on the error messages that follow the export - those will help narrow down what's happening.
