Export menu doesn't show

When exporting photos out of LR I don't always get the menu to choose where I want the pics to go. If I close it out and go back in then I will get it the first time but if I work on photos and export them to one folder then work on others and want to save them to a different folder it will not give me any options it just automaticaly puts them in the previous folder. how can I fix this?

On the <File> menu, there are three choices:

• 
  [li]Export...[/li]
  [li]Export with previous[/li]
  [li]Export with preset[/li]

The menu choice <Export...> brings up the dialog that lets you choose export folders
The <Export with Preset> lets you pick a preset in a fold out menu which possibly has a folder predefined.
<Export with Previous> uses the last preset and provides no other choices.

Selecting <Export> from the context menu gives you the same three choices displayed differently. Which have you been using?
