Export/Import Metadata

Hi All

I'm new to the forum so is this has been dealt with my apologies.

I use a laptop in the field and do limited editing there but when we get home then I like to work on my desktop machine. I have copied the lightroom catalogue accross and all seems well except that none of the Metadata presets that I so painstakingly entered while in the bush are available on the desktop machine. Anybody have any ideas on how I can move these accross?

Hi Roger, welcome to the forum!

All of your presets, including the metadata presets, are stored at c:/Documents and Settings/[your username]/Application Data/Adobe/Lightroom/Presets/, so you can just copy and paste those across.
