Export failing for 20% of images in LR3 beta 2?

Does anyone else besides me have problems exporting in LR3 beta 2? When I export any number of images, approximately 2'% of the resulting files are null (ie, 'KB). They appear to be totally random images (JPGs), sometimes having no Develop processing steps at all (ie, imported then exported as-is). As a work-around, I delete these (in Explorer) and export again but in the Dialog box for "Existing Files" I choose "Skip". For several hundred images it takes multiple iterations but it works.

I haven't heard any other reports of that Chris. You have enough space on your hard drive etc? What happens if you try those same images in a new catalog?
