EXIF Data when Exporting to Hard Drive...

Hi everyone, I just exported some photos from Lightroom 2.6 and chose the "Files on Disk" options so they were saved to my hard drive. I noticed that after I exported them, the EXIF data was missing. Then I tried exporting it a second time but chose the "Files on CD/DVD" option instead and noticed that the EXIF data was there that time.

I looked over all the settings for "Files on Disk" and "Files on CD/DVD" and they were all the same. Can someone please help? :(

Hi Joel, welcome to the forum.

Did you make sure that you did not have "Minimize Embedded Metadata" checked upon export?

Hey, thanks for the welcome. =] That was the first think I checked. It's unchecked but I'm still having the problem...

    [li]can you provide a screen-shot of your export-window[/li]
    [li]can you upload a exported image to here (you'll have to reduce in size)[/li]

No unusual settings in your export dialog at all.

Did you export to the same folder and then 'accidentally' hit the skip button when it asked if you wanted to overwrite the files ?
