Erratic slideshow

In LR 2, my slideshow alway get back erratically to the beginning.
I selected all the photos in the current view in the play menu and my preview is set to Render standard-Size Previews.

I never meet this problem in LR 1!
It's a problem to mix psd, raw file, jpeg file in the same collection for a slide show...It's possibly the problem?

I'm on MacPro 1'.5.4.

Maybe try rendering 1:1 previews instead?

Haven't heard of problems with mixed file types, but most 'restart' issues I've heard of seem related to incomplete preview rendering. Although, I would expect that standard-size previews should work.

Help! I have a slideshow I need present and after selecting the images, saving them as a collection, and previewing them in the slideshow module, I get about 15-2' images into the show and it goes back to the beginning. Maybe this is what RobC was experiencing?

The slideshow has 141 images, I am using LR1.4.1, Macbook 1'.4.11

Any suggestions? How do I get it to render 1:1 previews?

Dave,

Library Grid View, select all of the pertinent photos, then

Library menu > Library > Previews > Render 1:1 Previews ,

That should do it, but it will take a few minutes.
