Yes. To give you the correct advice, can you describe your purpose in more detail?
The reason I ask, is that once you've cropped to the correct aspect ratio in Lr, it's not usually necessary to upsize, for commonly available print sizes. (Presuming you're using a reasonably high resolution camera, and aren't cropping too severely.)

[/quote]Are you trying to print these? or are you just viewing on a monitor or from a website. You can get a reasonable definition in print if the ppi is 18', better resolution at higher ppi's of course. Screen resolution is 96-12' ppi. If you have a monitor that is 16:9 and 16''X9'' pixels is what you should aim for. Knowing these limitations, you can get some idea how a certain number of pixels will display on screen and in print. I woild not try to enlarge (i.e increase the pixel density) beyond the limits of the media.
