Email from LR

Recently I watched a tutorial from J. Kost (http://tv.adobe.com/#vi+f1483v1''6)
about Emailing directly from LR. This probably works fine...on a MAC
Can anyone tell me how to do this on a PC (windows XP) ?
Which file should I copy to the "Export action" folder so that the new message window opens with the images already attached ?
I've tried with the "msimn.exe" file, but that just opens outlook express and that's not really a shortcut..
Of course in the export dialog I can ask to "show in explorer" in the post-processing, and then right click there to sent to... (which is what I'm doing for the moment), but that's not how it's originally intended

I haven't see a way to get this to work with Outlook Express or Windows Mail. But, if you use Outlook, you can go to www.lightroomextra.com, click Download at the top, click Other goodies, and download/run the MAPI Mailer script.

There is a read-me file in the .zip you download for MAPI Mailer that runs you through the steps you take in Lightroom to get it to work.

Thank you for the quick response. I'm a lifetime user of outlook express,because I don't really need the gadgets Outlook offers, but after your suggestion I might change my mind again.
I've also downloaded your keyboard shortcut list, cool stuff !
