There is no such forum for critiques. Once in Flickr, I participated in. A critique group, it could be useful but also brutal.

It would be up to the Admins to implement a critique forum if interest is high enough and it does not tax their time to implement.

You might post the question of whether the form should host critiques in the off topic forum to see if there is significant interest.

Flickr is a possible option as there are a large number of specialist groups for different genre’s, such as wildlife, street, landscape, etc.

A lot of camera clubs use the and manage groups for their members also on Flickr. Check if there are any camera clubs in your area as they are friendly places with lots of members willing to share their expertise with opportunities for critiques built in to the club schedule.

FM - Fred Miranda has sections for C&C, comments and criticism. Standby for some brutal comments though, or useless comments too, like 'nice'. You can lurk on FM and get a feel for it.

The comments on FM have become less 'useful' I would say, in recent years.
