edit image in other app

not sure if it is the right place to ask...

i got my own little app... i can launch it from lightroom... now how can i get from my app the name of the image(s) selected and to be edited?
Are the name of those selected images stored somewhere?

any help would be appreciated

Hi Eric,

You may not need these, as long as your app recognizes the file types you want to edit. Specify the app executable as an Additional External Editor in the Preferences>External Editing tab.
