Edit font of copyright watermark on export

What a usefull future but how do I edit/change the font type, size & color?

If you're willing to resort to some unsupported trickery, you can change the font by adding a line like this to your TranslatedStrings.txt file:

"$$$/locale_metric/AgWatermark/font=MyriadWebPro"

Change MyriadWebPro (the default) to whatever you like.
