Hello everybody,
I just had an idea for a feature that would make editing the capture time of scanned images much easier and faster.
I am talking about those scanned images where you don't know when exactly they were taken, but you can estimate the time it must have been by looking at other photos in your library.
At the moment I have to go through my library, with my scanned picture in mind, thinking: "Okay, it must have been after this picture A and before this next picture B, then I check the dates of A and B and enter a date inbetween these two dates for my scanned picture.
It would be much easier if you could enter some "Interactive Capture Time Editing Mode" that allows you to just drag and drop my scanned picture between A and B and then it automatically gets a date and time assigend which is inbetween these two dates. You could have different options for that, like choosing the exact time in the middle or choose a time right after A or a time right before B or so on. Of course often you would need to edit the date and time a bit more, but at least it is now in the correct temporal region and then maybe instead of editing day, month, year and daytime you would just need to edit daytime or so. Or you can even just leave it as is.
Does anybody think that would be a helpful feature? If so, I would create a feature request report for Adobe.
