When i try to email a photo (windows 10, LR 8.2) photo does not appear in the File Attachment window so i am unable to email. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
 
AFAIK, this is a visual bug only. Just send the email, the photo will be attached. Try sending a photo to yourself to make sure.
 
Thanks, but i have tried that. i get a message "unable to send" i thought that must be because there was no photo.
 
This error is not because you have no photo. It's more likely because mailing parameters (account and server server to use, passwaord etc.) are not filled correctly.
 
Hi Stevus, welcome to the forum!

If you open the Email Account Manager (in the pop-up where you select the account to send from), does the account validate ok?
