  • The May 2019 Lightroom updates are now available. There's a brand new slider called Texture, available across the whole family of apps. Lightroom Classic includes a new tool called Flat Field Correction. Lightroom (cloud-based service) has lots of big improvements including cloud trash, invitation-only web galleries, improved chromatic aberration removal and more. The Missing FAQ and Edit Like a Pro eBooks are already updated for the changes. You'll also notice the CC's have disappeared off the end of the names, so we've updated the forum names to match.

When i try to email a photo (windows 10, LR 8.2) photo does not appear in the File Attachment window so i am unable to email. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks, but i have tried that. i get a message "unable to send" i thought that must be because there was no photo.

This error is not because you have no photo. It's more likely because mailing parameters (account and server server to use, passwaord etc.) are not filled correctly.

If you open the Email Account Manager (in the pop-up where you select the account to send from), does the account validate ok?
