E-book download failure

Hi,
I have just joined,registered etc.
Cannot download the e-book for Lightroom Classic CC.
I am on ipad because i want to save to ibooks.
Is there an issue.

Hi Alison, welcome to the forum! I'm not aware of an issue and it's testing ok here. What happens when you try?

Hi.
Nothing happens. It just doesn’t progress. The download line progresses 1/2” and stops. Haven’t tried it on my windows 10 laptop yet.

Give it a try on your laptop and let me know then. It's downloading from an Amazon server so I can't think of any reason it would stop part way. Not start could have a whole load of potential reasons, but not stopping half way!
