E-3 presets?

By default LR seems to add a hideous green cast (long comparative thread about this in DPR if anyone cares, URL at end if forum allows it).

Someone has kindly given me some useful settings, but not in a format I can see how to convert to a preset. So, either a working preset, or advice on how to turn these into one would be appreciated:

> Yellow saturation -43
> Blue saturation +4'
> Purple saturation -33
> Magenta saturation -14

Enter this data into the HSL > Saturation Dialog.

There are 2 in this package - the full is all the settings on the DPReview page and the HSL is the settings you mentioned above.
