Do I have to buy new copy of LR when moving platforms from PC to MAC

I have just made the decision to move from PC to MAC. I have LR2 in a box.
I have 2.5 as upgrade by download. Will this download install onto the MAC or do I need to buy a new box?

You can just d/l the Mac version and install using your existing serial number. Easy!!
