DNG viewer / view jpg with development metadata

Hi

I do have jpgs with development metadata included. I do not want to convert them all to DNG (or I do not know how to do it efficiently). These jpgs open / display correctly when using Adobe products (CS4, LR2.3).

I found tips for DNG viewing. DNG viewers for XP work fine for DNGs but not for jpgs with included development metadata (or did I get something wrong?)

DNGs have embedded previews. JPGs do not. For JPGs edited in Lr to display correctly outside of the Adobe XMP aware arena, you will have to export them.

Picassa plugin to do what?
Metadata viewer - Exiftool, XnView, FastStone, numerous others
I use http://www.arcsoft.com/products/rawviewer/ to enable DNG/raw display in XP Explorer.
