Distortion while using the Develop tab

Are you talking about the Develop module of Lightroom after an edit in Photoshop Elements? (We are more a Lightroom forum but some may know).

A screen shot, if you can get it, would be very helpful. Any system/software details (PC/OS/LR version, etc.) may be helpful as well.
Typically a geometric distortion in LR derives from a metadata conflict. Is the image showing any warning badges (such as an exclamation mark, or 3 dots)? You might try selecting the image in Library module and select Menu > Metadata > Read Metadata from File.

I'm having this issue too! If the image is horizontal it's fine - but if it's vertical it stretches it out to fit the space and distorts the image.
I new to the forum - I'm not sure how to include a screenshot - hope this works!-View attachment 175
