Dissapearing 'add/remove' to QC icon

I notice that in Library filmstrip the 'add to' or 'remove from' QC icon dissapears if I scroll the images, and will only reappear if i mouseover the main window

Normal behaviour or a bug?

Is this in LR2 or 2.1RC ??
