Diffuser effect

hi, Ive used gausain blur in elements before to created a diffused look for my image using about 1' radius. Since lightroom is non-destructive for pixels id thought id ask is there a way to do this in lightroom? thanks

Try using negative clarity and see if that meets your needs.

I second using negative clarity. If you need an even strong effect, you can brush on negative clarity with the adjustment brush, then click new and do it again, repeating until you get the desired effect.
