Develope Module - Scrolling 1:1

I'm using Windows Vista 32 and Lightroom 2.1. In the develope module when I'm zoomed 1:1 and using the spot healing brush I can't scroll the image up, down, left and right? I know you can deselect the spot healing brush and then scroll and then reselect the brush but that get s annoying.

I faced exactly the same issue, which infuriated me no end. Then someone on here pointed out that pressing the space bar changes the cursor to a grabber allowing you to scroll about.
