Develop module Develop presets are in Lightroom but not in their Explorer location

I'm puzzled.
I have the latest version of LR. I am on a Windows computer, windows 11.
I recently purchased a new laptop for home. I wanted to copy the develop presets from my studio computer to put on my new computer at home. I have done this task MANY times. I know to go into Edit > preferences > Presets > Show Develop Preset Location
In the actual LR program, I have dozens and dozens of presets. TONS of them.
But when I go to show Develop Preset, there are only about 10 showing. I can't figure out where they could be. And yes, I have checked and unchecked the box for "show partially compatible develop presets" but it doesn't matter.
The attached picture only shows a small sample of the develop presets I have that are not showing up. There are many, many more.
The second picture shows what I see when I go to find the develop presets in Explorer.

Ok, Ok.... actually I did end up finding them but they were in a different location. They were in Camera Raw > Imported settings.

It's very weird. I don't know why.
Can I move them over to the Develop Presets folder?

That's where the command File > Import Develop Profiles And Presets puts the imported presets. No one knows why, except perhaps the product manager years ago who specified this.

No, that folder is no longer used. To find the main folder from which LR and Camera Raw load presets, do Preferences > Prestes > Show Lightroom Develop Presets. You can move presets into that folder.
