Hi
I am using LR 6.14 on a PC running Windows 10. I have 16GB ram, and use C:drive as programs area which has 21GB available. Data is on the D:drive which has 1.8TB capacity available.
A couple of years ago, after a Windows update, the Develop module greyed out the image as soon as any function in the Develop module was selected. I disabled the Graphics card as suggested by a number of LR users but still had to remove LR, reboot and then reinstall and this did the trick - great.
Now, again immediately after the latest Windows 10 update was installed, the same problem. Unfortunately on this occasion the above solution has not worked; the graphics card was still disabled and even after removing LR, rebooting and then reinstalling, the problem remains.
I have tried uninstalling the most recent 2 Windows updates and rebooted but the problem remains.
Help!
