I've been importing photos into LR for years. My "Destination" folder is always there for me to see--or in the right place to add a new folder. For the past couple months, I've had to start with my hard drive and click and click until I open my Lightroom Photos>2020 Photos folder. Is there a command somewhere so it'll remember where I uploaded photos last time?

You can create an Import preset that will remember all of your imports settings including destination folder. The list of existing import presets are found in the dropdown at the bottom of the center panel along an option to "Save current settings..."
