delete pictures

When I first started using Lightroom, and deleted a picture from "Collections", I was asked if I wanted to delete from Lightroom or from the disk also. Now it does not ask me if I want to delete the picture form the disk. It just deletes the pic from Lightroom and keeps the picture on the disc.

If within a collection, the Delete key only removes the photo from the collection. Alt+Delete removes it from the catalog only (and of course from the collection), and Shift+Ctrl+Alt+Delete removes it from the catalog and from disk (with a confirmation dialog).

If from within a folder, Delete removes the photo from the catalog and - if chosen so in the additional dialog - from disk.

When I first started using Lightroom I was able to view my pics and select choose "Picks" or "Rejects". Once this was completed I would goto Photo-Delete Rejected Photos, where I would get a choice to delete from the disk or delete from Lightroom. This message does not appear anymore.

Again, it depends on whether working from within a collection or from within a folder.
