delete keyword

There is one keyword that every single time shows up in my keywording list. It goes automatically and is addes to the keywords I put in manually. I have to delete this word in every photo. I must have done something but how do I get rid of it?

Sorry....I found the answer by one of the other members in general discussion: right-click and its gone

When you import your images you can add keywords automatically. The import dialogue remembers the keywords from your last import so you will have to delete it before you import your next lot of images.

You're right, when you import you create own set of keywords. The problem is (was, I hope) that in Library in "keywording field" I have to delete that specific word every time. Hope it is gone now. I thought it was the checkmark in front of the word but when I unchecked it I still had the same problem. So now I deleted the word. We'll see....:roll:

What Nik is saying is that you've deleted it from all the files currently in your catalog, but it'll probably show up again next time you import.

Pull up the Import dialog and see if there are any keywords applied there. If not, check whatever metadata preset you've chosen there and see whether it includes any keywords.
