As above. I've already removed all the default brushes from the LR Directory, and only the User presets are left in the folder. Why is it that the defaults are still in my LRCC? Any way to remove them permanently?

Separately, roughly when would be the next major release of LRCC? Can't wait for it to make use of my GPU when previewing the photos @ 1:1. There's no 1:1 preview cache in Develop mode and it's crazy slow when I'm editing my 42mp files even though I have a high-end desktop.

No, there's no way to delete the Adobe presets. There's been a long-standing feature request to allow that, you should head over to the feedback site and add your vote.

Regarding the "next major release", nobody here can say when (or if) it will be released. Anyone with any knowledge would be under an NDA.

pretty sure the presets can be deleted before 2015.7 days, as I am super anal about keyboard shortcuts and want only 1 hotkey to each direct preset..

Someone else said that they were able to edit the built in local adjustment presets until the latest update, so this is probably related, if you were able to delete them before.
