Cut and paste cloning - was titled 'Developing'

Mod note: I gave the thread a more descriptive title to help future searchers

Just wanted to know if I can paste over closed eyes in a picture. The best family Christmas picture we have, someone has their eyes closed. I was just wondering if there is a way to copy their eyes from one pic and put in the pic where their eyes are closed. Any help is appreciated.

There is-but not in Lightroom at this time. Currently you would need to take both images into a pixel-based editor to do that type of replacement.
PS/PSE/PSP/ etc.
