I do not see File Naming option in right panel when importing and copying images. How do I get this to appear for use?

Make sure you have selected 'Copy' at the top center of the import dialog. You cannot rename images if you just add them to the catalog. If you still do not see the option, then right-click in an empty area of one of the subpanels. That will give you a pop-up menu that toggles the visibility of the subpanels.
