Crop Icon, Virtual Copy Icon, etc not showing in bottom filmstrip

I just redid my computer here, made the jump from Windows XP 32bit to Windows 7 64bit. I remember seeing some little icons/marks on the bottom filmstrip but since the new install they are not there.

Anyone know how to turn those back on? I don't ever remember having to turn them on before.

Also the filmstrip thumbnails have to be big enough to show the little icons.

If needed, you enlarge them by dragging the top edge of the filmstrip up, just like any window.
