credits & client: where to enter in metadata?

In my metadata, I'd like to include the client, as well as credits like hair stylist, etc. Also I'd like to note whether there's a model release or not. Any suggestions on where to put these? Right now I'm using the Big Note plugin, but I wonder if there's a way to do this so the metadata can be read universally.

Thanks for the reply. I read Beardy's post and I am hesitant about using plugins for this important information. Any suggestions on adding it (client, model release info, credtis) to one or more of the IPTC fields to ensure the data can be read outside of LR? Come to think of it, I recall reading somewhere that someone suggested putting model release info in the "instructions" field. I guess I could put client and credit (not mine--other credits) info in the caption field? I guess there's no convention for this?

Or you can look at Plus for Lightroom by Timothy Armes. This may be overkill tough. Depends on your needs...

Jim, I would suggest you approach this from the standpoint of how the information will be used. Do you want others to be able to access it? Or is it just for yourself? If it's the latter, you can use just about any "unused" metadata field. For viewing by others, you may want to consider using keywords or captions instead.

Thanks all for the replies. Denis: that plugin looks swell but is more than I need, plus like I said I'm not crazy about using plugins for this--I'm worried about losing the data or it not being readable with different applications and platforms. Peter: ideally, it would be great to have it readable by others. Maybe including this info in the caption is best, if it will fit.
