Creating a Vintage / Ancient looking photo w/ LR?

I would like to learn how to process a photo to give it an old / antique look using LR.
There is some amazing work on Flickr which has inspired me to look into this. No results were yielded with the search of "vintage"... It could be the work PC that I am on.

With that being said, is there a good tutorial avaialble that gets into processing for that old vintage look.

If allowed, I can post some direct links to photos on flickr that I am referring to.

Take a look at some of the Lightroom Presets at Inside Lightroom and see if they will get you started.

I would think it would simply be a matter of adjusting Contrast -- using both the Constrast slider and Tone Curve -- then Saturation and Split Toning. But I haven't seen the images you're citing as reference. Go ahead and post a link.

I ended up finding a bunch of free presets in a Lightroom on Flickr that has got me going in the right direction. Thanks for the input.

Example 1 < < < Most of her images are processed with a soft / vintage look! Very awesome!

Little girl in field < < Love the curved corners too!

Great texture effect < < Don't like how eyes are different shade

My attempt:

You're welcome. It takes some time, but I've learnt a lot from those videos.
