Nice logo - I like it.

I can see, though, why 57 pixels would be tough. A fair amount of detail and thin lines would get a little funky at that small size.

You should be able to get a lot of the jaggedness out, though.

Have you tried exporting it from Photoshop to a .gif and using that? These types of graphics lend themselves to .gifs and it might benefit from using the directly.

You can generally use bigger files for Identity Plates for use in other areas - it's just the main ID plate area that's only 57 pixels high. If you want to use it on Print module, or I think even Web Module, you can use a bigger image.

You might also try a PNG file as LR seems to like PNG files for identity plates. Even though other filetypes work, PMGs seem to turn out best.
