Hello,
I was crushed when my LR Classic catalog got corrupted! However, I was very relieved when I found this forum with some people who can do real magic bringing corrupt catalogs back to live! Ironically, my problems started after renaming my catalog in order to restore a backup version, now both versions are corrupt. Any help is highly appreciated!!!!
Thanks for any pointers. I've tried to attach my catalog but *.lrcat extensions are not allowed...?
Cheers,
Thomas

Welcome to the forum. Victoria has a contact at Adobe that can sometimes work miracles. This is a last resort measure usually relegated to those that were not cognizant of the need to make backup catalogs copies in the first place. That does not seem to include you because you were wise enough to make backups on exit of LR. However, I would not get any hope up just yet.
First, we need to understand how you know your catalog is corrupt. What messages are you getting and have you tried unzipping the backup version again? How old is your next available backup?
