Corrupt Catalog Detected

I need help with a error I got while trying to open Lightroom 2.'.

"The lightroom catalog "Lightroom Catalog" is corrupted and cannot be used or backed up untill it is repaired.

I click on repair catalog and it just disappers and nothing happens. Does anyone know how to correct this??

Sorry to hear that! But welcome to the forum!

It's a beta version, so there are big bugs, and it sounds like you might have found one of them!

Do you have a backup you can use instead?

Are you Mac or Windows based?

same error for me, reinstall the beta and works, it`s the beta world!!!!
