copyright not exporting on photo's in 2.5

I can't seem to get the copyright to export on images in 2.5. Was working ok in 2.4. Anyone else having problems?

all sorted now but not sure what was wrong. The images giving the problem were imported from another catalog with the same copyright info in them. I just reapplied my metadata preset in the new catalog and all is ok. Perhaps its a minor bug or just my system playing up.
