I have hundreds of photos from one trip where I entered details into the Title field. With hindsight I should have enetered them into the Caption field. Without copy and pasting each one individually, is there a way to transfer this information as a batch? Perhaps a plug-in?
 
FWIW, you can do this in EXIFTOOL but then you are left with your photo metadata out of sync with LrC. Here's an example. And the TAG fields you need to use in EXIFTOOL are not always the same as field names in LrC.

If you feel you need to pursue this, let me know and I'll work-up the command sequence for you.
