Copy Lightroom to new PC but cannot match drive folder (Win10)

I have read the article on doing this and perhaps I have misunderstood. My exiting LR5 setup on Win 8.2 points to E:\Photos. My new W10 laptop has a single SSD called C so my photos are now in C:\Photos. I very much doubt if renaming the system drive to E would be a good idea so am wondering what I can do about this.

I'm not sure how it happened but after many attempts at reassigning the drive folder and being told it couldn't be done I restarted and managed to get it to work so all done.
