I've got 2 photos taken under slightly different circumstances and I later want to combine them in Photoshop. So I'd like to adjust one (or both of them) to match the other in color, exposure, contrast... etc. In the library module you can only toggle with the exposure and have few other options. For a finer adjustment you need the develop module, but there you can only watch one picture at a time.
Jumping back and forth is annoying.
So basically I'd like to develop two pictures at the same time but not in the same way.

Miralys, Welcome to LR Forums. That seems like a reasonable request. You can access the Official Adobe Feature Request here:

In the meantime, here's a possible work-around, if you have multiple monitors, or one larger hi-rez monitor. If you enable the second display feature in Develop Module, one of the display modes available is "Locked Loupe". This will maintain one of your images in constant view, as you edit the other. Switching them back and forth will be a little awkward, and the whole thing will be kind of hokey, but still I think it almost gets you where you want.
