When switching to web module, photos get a washed out (desaturated look) and after exporting images are oversaturated when viewed in browser.
I did not have this proglem with prior versions of LR.
(using LR 2.2 on mac, browsing with safari and firefox)

Any ideas whats going on?
I attached a photo from ligthroom gallery viewed in PS and safari
(safari 3.2.1 is suppose to have color management?)

Yes, Safari (all versions, both platforms) is color-managed.

Is this web gallery visible anywhere on the web where we could take a look? Does LR look the same way in all modules, or is the Web module different from the others?

Thanks. The photos in that gallery have a proper sRGB profile included, and they look quite saturated to me.

Try any or all of these, and let us know:
- Select all these photos in Grid, and Render 1:1 Previews from the Library/Previews menu. Then see if they look any different in the Web module.

- Try the Lightroom 2.3 Release Candidate.

- Try recalibrating your monitor (the theory here is that the profile is corrupt, though I think this is quite unlikely).

Thanks a lot for suggestions. I will try these after my short leave.
This is really weird because photos created by LR gallery look ok when opened in PS but are oversaturated in browser.

Recalibrated my monitor and the problem is gone. The profile must have been corrupted after all. Many thanks for the idea.
