colors inconsistent between LR and PS. What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

I noticed today that when I export a photo from LR to PS for editing that the colors are changing a bit. I'm not sure exactly why, but things seem to desaturate a bit. In both programs I have the working space set to Adobe RGB 1998. In LR that's under external editing. In PS that's with US Prepress Defaults. What can I do to fix this problem?
